Summary:

The ERP Product Owner, Infor CloudSuite is the primary liaison between the business functional areas (P2P, R2R, Q2C, PTD) and the IT operations team. You are the "voice of the user," responsible for prioritizing the product backlog to deliver maximum business value while ensuring the solution adheres to a "clean core" strategy. You will play a critical role in transforming manufacturing and operational procedures from manual processes and manual data entry to an AI- and automation-enabled organization. A successful candidate will have a technical background with Infor LN and Infor CloudSuite modules but has professional interest and demonstrated experience in partnering with non-IT business stakeholders to identify and enable strategic uses of these products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Backlog Management & Prioritization

  • Business Value Realization: Act as the primary authority on prioritizing ERP developments based on their ability to deliver measurable business value.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Coordinate with business representatives and communicate the ERP vision and strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with the enterprise AI and industrial automation roadmap.  Use influencing skills to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.  Provide backlog prioritization and guidance to the ERP support team.
  • Requirement Translation: Work with business analysts and non-IT business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications that improve productivity.

2. Solution Design & User Experience

  • UX Advocacy: Ensure ERP adoption delivers a superior user experience (UX) to drive employee satisfaction and business productivity.  Identify opportunities for AI to supplement or eliminate manual processes both in and outside the ERP.
  • Clean Core Adherence: Champion the use of standard ERP functionality over customizations to minimize technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.
  • Integration Oversight: Validate that cross-system business processes function efficiently within the broader architectural landscape.

3. Data Integrity & Innovation

  • Master Data Collaboration: Partner with master data owners to ensure the data strategy supports AI enablement and that data governance practices enforce accurate, complete, and compliant data.
  • Intelligent Automation: Evaluate and integrate generative AI use cases (e.g., cognitive copilots) to automate administrative tasks responsibly.  Advocate for the company in influencing and steering Infor’s product managers on AI development opportunities within their ecosystem.
  • Compliance: Ensure the ERP footprint supports SOX-like compliance controls and any regulatory requirements, including sustainability data (ESG) and data sovereignty standards.
