Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair wide range of equipment
• Examine equipment for proper operation
• Observe all safety precautions and regulations
• Observe good housekeeping

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• High School diploma/GED (minimum), technical school and special technical training preferred
• Be vigilant about safety
• Quality - conscious, oriented to excellence
• Technical knowledge of electrical/electronic field
• Must be self-starter and willing to work with and be trained by others
• Willing to extend technical knowledge constantly
• Must have sound judgment and decision-making ability
• Understand engineering concepts and be able to apply during daily job requirements
• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of calibration test equipment
• Must be able to use hand and power tools

PLC Experience​- Omron performed but Allen Bradley, Siemens or other.

Troubleshoot- AC Drives, Motors

Diagnose- Using multimeter, Prints, Ladder Logic

Repair- Machine repair, tools, equipment, hydraulic experience a plus.
